There are standing committees legislated as support for Council with some including subcommittees. Committees identify issues relevant to both the profession and the policies and procedures of the College. Committees work in the best interest of the public, the profession, and the practitioners by supporting the College, Council, and Registrar.
All committees:
- Research and consider matters in great depth
- Make policy recommendations to Council
- Propose possible actions and present implications of those actions
- Draft policies and develop procedures
