Upon reaching a decision, the Hearing Tribunal:
- Must provide its rationale in writing, describing the findings, reasoning and any orders made; and
- Provides the rationale to the complainant, the investigated practitioner and the Health Disciplines Board.
The investigated practitioner and complainant may file an appeal within 30 days of receiving notice from the Complaints Director.
