Designation Change

You are eligible to change your designation with the College if you have successfully completed the Provincial Registration Examination at the EMT or EMT-P level.

Planning to apply?

To apply to change your designation, you must submit:

1. A completed Change of Status Application Form.
2. All necessary accompanying documents.

If approved, the College will mail you a new registration card, indicating your designation change, once the application process is complete.
