The College is changing the process for members to change their level of practice.

Until November 1, 2017 practitioners can apply to change their level of practice by completing the Change Register Request form.

Effective November 1, 2017, if you are a registered practitioner and want to change your level of practice, you will need to apply for provisional registration at your new level. This will grant you access to the applicable College exams.

This provisional status permits you to practice at your new level (with supervision) while you are in the exam process. Once you successfully complete the College exams at your new level of practice, you will automatically be moved to the general register at that level.
